Robin also known as the Boy Wonder is most known as Batman’s sidekick. Together, they are known as the Dynamic Duo or the Caped Crusaders. Robin first appeared in Detective Comics #38 in the 1940s. He was first created to attract younger readers, but he became overwhelmingly popular and even doubled the sales of Batman comics during that time. Like some super heroes, there are several people behind the character Robin. The most popular being Dick Grayson who was the first and original Robin. There was also Jason Todd whose character was eventually murdered by Joker, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown the first female version of the character and most recently Damian Wayne who is Bruce Wayne’s son.
Just like Batman, Robin does not have any super powers as well. But he relies more on his fighting and detective skills which were taught to him by Batman himself. Aside from being Batman’s sidekick, Robin is also known to be the leader of the Teen Titans, a group of teenage superheroes.
