The Hulk is a comic book character that first appeared in The Incredible Hulk # 1 during the 60s. The Hulk is a giant, green skinned humanoid monster that has super strength. His human alter ego is Dr. Bruce Banner, an emotionally withdrawn and reserved physicist. He was exposed to a blast from the gamma bomb that he invented, and ever since then, Dr. Banner will involuntarily transform into the Hulk whenever he experiences strong emotions.

The Hulk is perhaps one of the most powerful superheroes in the Marvel universe. He has limitless strength which only grown stronger whenever he gets angry, he is also resistant to most types of injuries or damage, and has adaptive healing abilities. Despite his huge size, the Hulk also has superhuman speed as his powerful legs allow him to leap across continents. But due to his immense physical strength, the Hulk often causes destruction wherever he is, which is why he is constantly being pursued by the military or the police.

Since the Hulk’s beginnings in 1962, he has been depicted in various media including a TV series, television movies, animated series, various video games and in movies Hulk (2003) and the Incedible Hulk (2008).
